It may be possible to amend your order if you contact us within one hour of the order being placed. Please note, for personalised items this may not be possible. We are unable to amend orders after 1 hour of the order being placed.
Any amendments to orders will only be responded to within working hours Monday to Friday (excluding UK Public Holidays)
Unfortunately it is not possible to cancel your order once it has been placed. Please await delivery and then return your item(s) to us in their original packaging for a full refund.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Klarna.
If your desired piece is out of stock, you can keep up to date with our restocks by signing up to the waitlist,
this is shown underneath the product listing.

After completing your order, an email confirmation containing your tracking number will be sent to you.

Orders placed with Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery will be processed on the next working day after your order, and arrive the following day.

FREE DELIVERY | We offer Free Standard Delivery on all orders over £100 delivering to the UK
STANDARD DELIVERY | Our standard delivery charge is £3.50. Orders will be delivered within 2 to 4 working days when delivering to the UK
ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 24 | We offer a next day service for £4.95 for orders placed before 3pm when delivering to the UK
International
Europe - £10 (5-7 working days)*

Postal Disruptions
We understand delays in your order arrival due to postal strikes or disruptions can be frustrating.
We will try our best to ensure your order arrives as swiftly as possible but we are unable to accept responsibility for
delayed parcels on behalf of the courier.

You can use this to contact us about missing items, damaged items or incorrect items. Please bear in mind, some items may be shipped separately, you will be contacted in advance if this is the case.
Unfortunately, in some cases we may be unable to accept responsibility for lost stolen or damaged goods.
All our pieces come with a 1 year warranty, manufacturing defects like breakages are covered under the warranty. If you have any further questions please feel free to get in touch.
As our pieces are made with fine and demi-fine metals, they require love and care to stay looking new.
To maintain the orignal sparkle of your piece, we recommend storing it within the original Rachel Jackson jewellery box when you're not wearing it.
When wearing your piece it is best to keep it away from water, humidity, perfume and creams.
If you think your item needs to be repaired or replaced please contact us at hello@racheljacksonlondon.com with some photographs and we will be happy to assist.
We offer a re-plating service so that you can give your gold jewellery a new lease of life, any time you think you need it.

We hope that you love your jewellery, however if you're not happy or the item(s) is not what you ordered we can organise a refund for you, providing you notify us and return the jewellery within 30 days from date of purchase. Please click below to use the Rachel Jackson Returns Portal.
Please note: An admin fee of £2.50 will be deducted from the value of the refund.
Gift Wrap is available on every item purchased through our website, and should appear in your basket as an optional extra.
